Why we use this process
We operate this system to ensure all customer and business information is correctly recorded and to allow our team to process orders efficiently and accurately. This also allows us to provide appropriate technical and commercial support based on your application.
Approval process
Once your application has been reviewed and approved, your account will be upgraded to wholesale status. You will then be able to log in and:
- View wholesale pricing
- Place orders and request proforma invoices directly through the website
Ordering and shipping process
Orders can be placed directly through the checkout page which will generate a proforma invoice for bank transfer payment.
Once payment has been received, your order will be processed for dispatch. Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order has shipped.

Step 1 – Create a customer account
Please register for an account on our website using your business details. When creating your account, please ensure all of the following information is entered correctly:
- Full name
- E-mail address
- Phone number
- Business name
- EU VAT number (if applicable)
- Billing address
- Shipping address
