Warranty and Returns Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

All products sold by VESC Labs AB come with a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty period is valid for 24 month from the date of delivery.

The warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Faulty materials or workmanship

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, or improper installation

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Modifications or repairs not authorized by VESC Labs AB

  • Damage caused by external factors such as water, corrosion, electrical surges and short circuits

2. Claims Procedure

If you believe your product is defective or covered under warranty, please:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@vesclabs.com within the warranty period.

  2. Provide your order number, a description of the defect, and photographic evidence if possible.

  3. Our team will assess your claim and advise you on the next steps, which may include returning the product for inspection.

3. Returns and Refunds

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are an EU consumer, you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive. To do so, notify us at support@vesclabs.com within the 14-day period and return the product in unused and original condition.

Return shipping costs for non-defective products are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be issued within 7 business days after we receive the returned product and confirm it meets the return criteria.

Returns for Warranty Claims

If a product is found to be defective and covered under warranty, we will:

  • Repair the product, or

  • Replace it with an equivalent product, or

  • Issue a refund if repair or replacement is not feasible

Return shipping costs for warranty returns will be reimbursed by VESC Labs AB where applicable.

4. Returns Procedure

To return a product (whether under warranty or for withdrawal):

  1. Contact us at suppport@vesclabs.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

  2. Pack the product securely in its original packaging (or equivalent) with all accessories and documentation.

  3. Clearly mark the RMA number on the package.

  4. Ship the package to the address provided by our support team.

5. Important Notes

This Warranty & Returns Policy forms part of the Terms and Conditions of sale. By purchasing from VESC Labs AB, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

  • Do not send products back without prior authorization from VESC Labs AB. Unauthorized returns may be rejected or delayed.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method when returning items to avoid loss or damage.

  • Please retain your proof of postage until your return or claim is resolved.
