Welcome to VESC Labs AB. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of this website and to all purchases made through it. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for any changes.

These Terms comply with Swedish consumer legislation and applicable European Union regulations, including the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the E-Commerce Directive (2000/31/EC), and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, 2016/679).

2. Orders and Acceptance

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to: product availability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or violations of these Terms.

Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs only when the order has been dispatched.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and exclude VAT. VAT is added at the checkout where applicable.

Customers may choose to view and pay in other currencies. If an alternative currency is selected, the final transaction will be processed in that currency. Currency conversion is based on frequently updated exchange rates, provided by our payment processor or currency service. Please note that your bank or payment provider may apply additional fees or use a slightly different rate.

Prices may change at any time without prior notice. The full and final amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees, will be clearly shown before completing your purchase.

We accept secure payments using the methods offered at checkout.

4. Shipping

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days from receiving payment. We will not ship orders unless we have received payment. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, where applicable.

Europe: 1–7 business days
Rest of the World: 3–21 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. You are responsible for any local customs duties, taxes, or import charges that may apply.

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing at orders@vesclabs.com within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods. You then have an additional 14 days to return the item(s) to us.

Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or delivered in error.

This right does not apply to custom-made or personalized items.

6. Warranty and Returns

All products sold by VESC Labs AB are covered by a limited warranty in accordance with Swedish consumer law and our own warranty terms.

If you receive a faulty, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange for repair, replacement, or refund.

All returns, warranty claims, and related procedures are outlined in our Warranty & Returns Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. We encourage you to read it before initiating any claim or return.

Refunds for returned items will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, typically within 7 business days of receiving and approving the return.

7. Product Information and Transparency

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing are accurate and up to date. In accordance with the EU Omnibus Directive, we commit to fair and transparent marketing and pricing.

If a pricing or product information error is identified, we reserve the right to correct it and to cancel or refund any affected orders.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VESC Labs AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

This limitation does not affect your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws in Sweden or the EU.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content—including product designs, graphics, text, trademarks, and logos—is the property of VESC Labs AB or its licensors. It is protected under Swedish and EU intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of this website or your purchase shall be governed by the laws of Sweden.

Any legal disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.
